Do you travel outside of Abu Dhabi?
I am based in Abu Dhabi, but I would be delighted to travel throughout the United Arab Emirates to meet you. Please note that there will be additional travel fees for locations outside of Abu Dhabi.

How does the booking process work?
Whether you contact me through social media, my website, WhatsApp, or by phone, we will discuss your expectations and your project. Based on your request, I will provide you with a quote, which you'll need to confirm by returning it along with a 20% deposit to secure the reservation.

What if we need to reschedule or cancel?
Whether it's for personal reasons or due to weather, we can discuss rescheduling the session to a later date that suits us both. The first rescheduling due to your reasons will not incur additional fees. However, I require a deposit to secure the booking, which is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

What time should we schedule our session?
For business sessions:
It depends on what you want to photograph. Prefer a time of day when natural light is most flattering. For nighttime sessions, choose a quiet time during the week.
For family sessions:
If you want an outdoor session, it's best to meet at sunrise or sunset when the temperatures are pleasant, and the light is beautiful. If you prefer an in-home session, we will adjust the time based on when the light is best at your location.

What should we wear?
For a family photo session, I always suggest avoiding strong patterns. I recommend soft, natural colors that work well with a natural photography style.
Choose 1 to 3 colors with similar tones that will complement each other. Make sure everyone shares a similar style.
Avoid heavy makeup; opt for a natural look that enhances your features.

How are your photos processed and delivered?
I will go through the photos taken on the day of the shoot and select the best ones. My photography style is natural and does not include altering appearances. During editing, I do not remove imperfections, redness, scars, or smooth your skin. Please note that I do not add or remove elements from your photos. Before choosing me as your photographer, take a look at my portfolio to ensure you like my editing style. Please also note that I do not provide RAW files; you will receive photos in JPG format in HD and web format for social media sharing.

When and how will we receive our photographs?
Your photographs will be delivered approximately 2-3 weeks after your session in a private online gallery that I will share with you. I am happy to discuss any specific or urgent needs.

Will you use our photographs on social media?
This is discussed when we create the contract that binds us for the service you expect. Typically, I use a few photos to showcase my work on social media, but I also respect your privacy if you prefer not to have your photos shared on social networks.
